Validity Quotes
Our quotations are valid for 15 days from the Quotation Date, unless otherwise specifically written.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
• Any cancellations 35 days prior to arrival date: NO charge (less penalties for any issued non-refundable (low-cost) flight tickets already issued and paid for)
• Any cancellation between 35 days to 20 days prior to arrival date: 25% charge
• Any cancellation between 20 days to 10 days prior to arrival date: 50% charge
• Any cancellation less than 10 days: 100% charge
Travel Exclusive Asia will always try to refund as much as possible, once a booking is canceled; all depending on the individual contracts with its third-party suppliers.
Payment Policy
• Full payment is required latest by 30 days prior to arrival date (exceptional where credit agreements are in place)
• Normally we do not need a deposit, unless a specific MICE proposal is made, and suppliers might need deposits in order for us to confirm space.
• Normally we do not need a deposit, unless a higher deposit is required where volume pre-ticketing payment to third parties are required
• If any deposits are needed, this will be communicated in advance, and typically invoiced separately
• The bank transfer fee and any corresponding fees are assumed by the payee
• Travel Exclusive Asia reserves the right to cancel any arrangements without notification if payments have not been received by the due date.
Rates and Currencies
All quotation rates are based on a per person basis (unless otherwise specified), inclusive of any local VAT and service charge.
Rates are either in local currency, US Dollars or Euro, as indicated in the quotation.
Guests’ Traveling Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for having proper travel documents; such as a valid passport with enough pages and correct validity (till 6 months after leaving the last holiday destination), the proper visas and the necessary passport pictures.
We also advise to a good travel insurance for the whole duration of the trip, including the arrival and departure dates.
Force Majeure
Travel Exclusive Asia defines Force Majeure as: “Any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party which prevent or impede the due performance of our services, including but not limited to war or hostilities; riot or civil commotion; epidemic; earthquake, flood or other natural disasters.”
The traveler and his agent warrant that Travel Exclusive Asia and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible and/or liable for costs or missed opportunities due to changes and/or cancellations in the program, or part(s) thereof due to Force Majeure.
Domestic & Regional Flights
Please be advised that flight schedules are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. In any case where surcharges or touring disruptions due to flight changes occur, we will inform you and your client of such for further payment (Furthermore, we are not responsible for the fact that in case of last minute flight schedule changes that clients cannot connect the international flights).
Warranty
We are not responsible for any injuries, loss or damage borne by clients during their journey due to circumstances beyond our control. In case of a passenger falling sick or being hospitalized, we will do our utmost to assist your guests.
